About: Neela is a working cat and is available for adoption through our barn cat program. She is looking for a nice barn or likewise to reside in. She prefers little to no human interaction at this time. If someone is willing to work with her, she can be adopted out as a household or indoor/outdoor companion (she does well at using her litterbox inside). Please note, that although it is possible to rehabilitate feral cats, there are also risks of injury involved.

Came into rescue: Neela was a part of a large stray cat colony who was overtaking an elderly man’s home. All of the cats had to be trapped and safely relocated, as it was causing a huge safety and health concern for both the man and the cats.
